KINSHIPS TATION WILL GLADLY ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY. THE GOODS MUST BE FREE FROM WEAR, STAINS, ODOR OR ANY CONDITION THAT WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM BEING SOLD AS NEW. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT. SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM BAG, JEWELRY, AND OBJECTS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 

CUSTOMERS WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. KINSHIP STATION WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION OF RETURN PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THE  KINSHIP STATION RETURNS OFFICE.

IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET, THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED; IF NOT, ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WITH AN EXPLANATION. CUSTOMER INCURS ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
