Product Accuracy & Availability
We do our best to ensure all listed prices and product details are accurate. In rare cases of pricing errors or inaccuracies, Kinship Station reserves the right to cancel the order and offer the item again at the correct price.
We cannot guarantee the availability of any item. If an item is sold out or unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was processed.
Please note: Receipt of your order confirmation does not finalize a contract. Orders may be canceled for various reasons including inventory limitations, payment authorization issues, or suspected fraud.
Jewelry Disclaimer
All jewelry is sold in as-is condition. As with any material, jewelry is subject to wear and requires thoughtful care. We recommend removing pieces, especially rings, in situations where impact or stress is likely.
If your jewelry is damaged, please email us at kinshipstation@gmail.com immediately. We will review the item with our jeweler and provide an estimate for repair, if possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned goods must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free of damage, stains, or odors
- Accompanied by the original receipt
Final Sale Items: Custom bags, jewelry, objects, and special orders are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. Kinship Station is not liable for lost returns without proof of delivery.
If return conditions are met, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If not, items will be returned to you, and shipping fees will apply. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply at our discretion.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Domestic: USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days)
- International: Delivery time varies by destination
We ship Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax at the applicable local rate.
