    The iconic clay Tree of Life, representing the creation myth, was originally used by Spanish missionaries as a tool for evangelization. During the 19th century and into the first half of the 20th century, these candlesticks were given to newlywed couples as a symbol of fertility and abundance. Today, our simplified version, featuring flowers and birds, is the perfect piece for your table. Hand-molded and hand-painted in Izúcar de Matamoros, Puebla. Crafted by Joaquin Balbuena.

    Care instructions

    Clean by hand with a soft, damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Wipe the surface gently, without applying pressure, and allow to air dry.
